Totuli is made for parents. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 (GDPR) / 13 (COPPA). Our future app is designed so that children never use the screen themselves.
Our hosting (Vercel) and the analytics providers listed above may process data in the USA. Transfers from the EU/EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses; transfers from Brazil follow LGPD art. 33.
Analytics data: up to 14 months (Google Analytics default). Emails: as long as needed for our correspondence. Consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear it.
We will update this page as Totuli grows (accounts, subscriptions, shop). Material changes will be announced on the site. Significant processing changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
